CONFIGURATION

1. The horizontal feed of the grinding wheel carriage is driven by hydraulic pressure to realize the micro-automatic periodic feed and rapid advance and retreat, and the coarse and fine feed can also be realized by handwheel.

2. The M1350, M1450, M1363 series of worktables and the grinding wheel frame guide rails adopt hydrostatic guide rails, which can move smoothly at low speeds.

3. M1350, M1450, and M1363 series grinding wheel holders adopt high-rigidity dynamic and static pressure spindles, which have high rotation accuracy and good rigidity.

4. The headstock adopts frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation. The universal headstock can be adjusted at any angle within 90 degrees counterclockwise to suit the chuck for grinding internal and external conical workpieces.
