CONFIGURATION

1.The CNC cylindrical grinding machine is suitable for batch production of cylindrical parts grinding with high performance to price ratio.

2.The machine is controlled by Siemens 808D CNC controller, and executive system is driven by the CNC servo driver and servo motor.

3. Worktable longitudinal travel and wheelhead cross traverse which with the high infeed accuracy are realized by the servo motors via the ball screw transmission.

4.With the touch screen and human-machine interface.

5.By setting the parameter of longitudinal grinding or plunge grinding via the touch screen, an auto-grinding for the different workpiece is realized.

6.With the function of wheel dressing and compensation automatically.

7.Workpiece, oil pump, coolant pump is driven by separate motor.
